Miller Bros leveraged our expertise in commercial site development and residential construction to deliver this 12-acre, 145-unit townhome project in Inver Grove Heights, a true merging of our residential and commercial divisions delivered in a way that only Miller Bros could.

The schedule was ambitious. Work began in January 2025 with a goal of completing site utilities and roads prior to vertical construction by end of May. The intense spring push for roads transitioned into the methodical work of delivering foundations through October, with Miller Bros completing the finishing touches in Summer 2026.
