Nestled in the growing community of Lino Lakes, Watermark by Lennar is a multi-phased residential development spanning 372 acres, featuring expansive water features and more than 900 homes.

The community has changed hands between excavators over the years, and in 2025 Miller Bros returned to deliver the final phases. Taking over a development of this scale is no small task, especially at the start of escrow season. Our foreman spent weeks assessing existing site conditions, evaluating soil stockpiles, and securing off-site disposal options to establish a clear plan of attack.

Beyond the mechanics of earthmoving, our foreman and lead operators focused on building strong working relationships across the site. Watermark consists of eight active phases with multiple product types, requiring close coordination with several job superintendents. Establishing trust, setting expectations, and maintaining consistent communication were just as critical as production.
