Our work with DR Horton in Shakopee best reflects what it means to build a community from the ground up. Beginning with the first foundations in Phase 1 of Amberglen in the fall of 2019, Miller Bros has remained a consistent partner through multiple extensions and into the development of the adjacent High View neighborhood. Over that time, our teams have supported the construction of hundreds of homes that continue to shape one of Minnesota’s fastest-growing cities.

Shakopee also marked an important milestone internally. In 2023, our residential and commercial teams came together here for the first time to deliver Windermere Park, a neighborhood amenity featuring wooded walking trails, climbing towers, and modern playground equipment. The park became a tangible example of how our combined capabilities add value beyond individual lots, helping create spaces that bring long-term character to a community.

Looking ahead to 2026, development in Shakopee continues at full pace. Miller Bros remains active in the High View community, which totals 601 homes, and has recently been awarded the adjacent Bluff View addition, adding another 220 homes. As the city continues to grow, we are proud to play an ongoing role in delivering neighborhoods that families will call home for years to come.
