Miller Bros is proud be a part of the CAPI Immigrant Opportunity Center project — a Brooklyn Park facility that will serve more than 12,000 immigrants in the Twin Cities metro area with food, career, financial, and community services.

Miller Bros performed earthwork and utility installation across the site, with two standout highlights:

Blind Bore — Zero Surface Disruption
For the new sanitary line installation, Miller Bros executed a blind bore, eliminating the need for a receiving pit entirely. Meticulous preconstruction coordination made it possible to complete the work without touching the county highway above it, with no traffic disruption, no impact to the surrounding area.

Permeable Paver & Infiltration System
Miller Bros installed a unique water quality control permeable paver and infiltration system.  This system is a sustainable solution designed for long-term site water quality and infiltration of stormwater runoff.
