On the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Camp Teko is an 18-acre Jewish day camp surrounded by woodlands, wetlands, and rolling terrain. To enhance the camp experience, Temple Israel and the City of Orono launched a redevelopment initiative, adding new facilities, outdoor learning spaces, and sustainable site improvements. 

Miller Bros played a key role in delivering the site’s redevelopment, providing mass grading, utility installation, and structural excavation for multiple new facilities. The team also executed specialty landscape grading, shaping the camp’s outdoor classrooms, ADA-accessible trails, and restored native plant areas. 

The efforts of the project team resulted in the seamless integration of new site elements while preserving the natural character of the land.
