This project highlights Miller Bros’ expertise in complex sitework and infrastructure development, encompassing demolition, ground improvement, water table management, and deep utility installations.

The scope includes the construction of a 275-unit multi-family development and a six-story parking ramp. Miller Bros provided over two years of pre-construction services, collaborating with the general contractor, geotechnical consultants, and specialty contractors to create a comprehensive and integrated work plan. This meticulous planning ensured the project stayed within budget and set the stage for seamless execution.

Miller Bros managed the demolition of a 55,000-square-foot precast structure, prioritizing sustainability by maximizing the recycling of concrete and steel. Site preparation involved correcting over 10,000 cubic yards of soil to improve the bearing capacity, a critical step for supporting the new development.

The team also upgraded city utility infrastructure to enable the construction of the multi-family building. To promote water conservation and sustainability, Miller Bros installed three underground stormwater storage tanks and five filtration structures, allowing for stormwater reuse.
