Big River 445 in Monticello Minnesota is an 8-acre master-planned commercial development designed to accommodate multiple retail and service businesses. As part of this effort, Miller Bros was responsible for the site’s full earthwork, utility installation, and overall site coordination while supporting the simultaneous construction of two vertical builds—Chipotle and Starbucks.
