The project began with the demolition of a 50,000-square-foot office property, paving the way for the Marsh Run II, a 200-unit multi-family development.
To support the construction of a below-grade parking garage, the team managed challenging excavations that extended into the water table. Miller Bros also installed a sanitary sewer system at depths exceeding 24 feet, carefully navigating critical fiber infrastructure to ensure system integrity.
This project showcased Miller Bros’ expertise in demolition, ground improvement, water table management, and deep utility installation. By integrating these services seamlessly, Miller Bros streamlined project coordination, mitigated risks, and completed the work several months ahead of schedule.
