Miller Bros’ scope included moving 80,000 Cubic Yards of material over 15-acres, 3.5 miles of utilities, road construction, 250 townhome units and a Clubhouse with associated amenities.

This project showcased Miller Bros core competencies of delivering site development and industrial scale residential excavation concurrently.  This model simplifies project coordination, improves risk mitigation and drives cost efficiency.
