Lennar’s Tavera community, located in our hometown of Corcoran, has been one of the hottest selling communities in the twin cities, bolstering over 274-acres of development, 10 unique phases, and over 550 homes currently approved for construction. 

With the community’s rolling landscapes, tall trees, and natural water features, it came as no surprise that Lennar chose this site as the location to host their national leadership this past July.  In preparation for this high-profile event, our grading teams rallied together to take advantage of unseasonably dry weather to deliver over 50-finish grades and 2-miles of sump pipe lines in two weeks.

Tavera has been a flagship project for Miller Bros. since 2021.
